Attention:

To get authorization:
1. RegisterRegister on forums.ndt.org.
2. Send an email to webmaster@ndt.org with the subject "ndt.org board authorization." In the body of the message, include your username that you registered with, name, company, and city.
3. Your registration will be authorized and you will be allowed to log in.

I am looking for an Ecel work sheet that someone out there I'm sure has made... One that shows days of the week along the side, methods and safety, tech pubs, admin, hours across the top and at the end of the row it auto adds the hours.

The format could be anything.. i'd love to see what any of you have.

Any other NDT forms would be welcomed as well.

I just want to make it a habbit of documenting my hours.. I have it on paper but was hoping for something 21st century.

Please upload them to a place like yousendit.com or rapidshare.de and then post the link back here... or anyo other way you choose.
